Open Invitation for Bids
The Bridgeport Housing Authority is accepting open bids for the replacement of five (5) boilers at Camp Clarke Public Housing, located at 310 W. 5th Street, Bridgeport, NE 69336.
Bid Period: August 4–18, 2026. Bids must be submitted either in person at our main Housing Partners of Western Nebraska office located at 89A Woodley Park Road Gering, NE 69341 or via email to marissa@scottsbluffhousing.com.
Bids Due: No later than noon on August 18, 2026.
Offer to Successful Bidder: August 20, 2026
Contract Signing: August 24, 2026
Project Completion: Preferred by September 30, 2026, with completion required no later than October 31, 2026.
The Bridgeport Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bid packets are available for pickup at the administrative office listed above or by email upon request.
